AssetShare Software

 

AssetShare's own easy to use software for desktop and mobile is available to the public via a monthly fee based on the number of users (syndicate share owners). The system is purpose built and is designed to manage use period bookings, R&M planning, use logs (incl billing), R&M logs, and will soon include a chat function between owners. All settings are customized for your unique structure. Each owner is provided with a login and each syndication has its own page where all information is available to view at any time on both desktop or mobile.    

 

Booking Management - The software can vastly simplify the equitable and fair booking of asset use periods under a wide range of use structures. The system can manage and schedule ordered Pre-Selection owner picks, as well as allowing casual or short notice booking, maintenance block outs and many other calendar functions.

Logs - The software includes log functionality, which records start / finish engine hours or km's, and any maintenance or replacements required and the filling of expense records. All log entries can include external reporting to service providers or syndicate management for action steps.  

 

Reporting - The software generates reports on use, expenses and maintenance records.

Syndicate Administration 

 

AssetShare have robust systems in place to manage your syndicates administrative and financial matters. This includes administrative services, external accounting, contract management, R&M organization, payment capture, company registry management and debtor / creditor management. Optionally, our services can also include full detailing / cleaning of assets after use, provisioning prior to use, or management of the commercial use of the asset (Airbnb, Camplify, etc), and a wide range of other services. Thorough reports are produced and provided to owners quarterly or on request.
