SEEKING EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST
This syndication is designed to give intrepid adventurers the opportunity to spend a few years exploring all the Australia East coast and interior have to offer. Best suited to retired people, remote workers or those with the freedom to travel for extended periods.
The location has been selected to allow for travel options in all seasons and give good access to the North, South and West routes.
With a total budget of 210k NZD, the assets include a modern (2017-2019) and very well maintained Diesel V8 Landcruiser tow vehicle and 2-4 berth outback capable caravan. The rig will be spec'd to support long range self sufficient independence.
Use periods are designed to give owners good access to a lengthy pre-selected 35 day block of time, plus the ability to use spare days (25 days) to extend their blocks, plan another trip or use it at shorter notice when desired.
The rig will be stored in secure storage in Brisbane, with good airport access. Transfers between owners at other airports or locations can be arranged by mutual agreement.
There will no maximum km rate, however there will be a small per kilometer charge (to the syndicate kitty) to contribute to R&M costs.
At the end of the term the assets are sold and proceeds are distributed to the owners.

TERM: 3 Years
USE PERIODS:
Owners are entitled to 60 days of use per annum (up to 70 including unused time from other owners). A block of 35 days is Pre-selected. The remaining 25 days can be booked and used anytime after Pre-selection is completed.
USE SELECTION:
Each owner is issued with a number from 1 to 6 on the order they enter into a S&P Agreement to join the syndication. In year one, selection of the Pre-Selected period starts with Owner 1 and ends with Owner 6. In year two, selection starts with Owner 3 and ends with Owner 2 (E.g. 3,4,5,6,1,2). In year 3, selection starts with Owner 5 and ends with Owner 4. Selection of the remaining 35 days can be booked anytime after the pre-selection process ends.
STAGE:
We have already received tonnes of interest in this syndicate, and have a number of people ready to proceed, so it won't be the only one of this style we do.
We are currently researching and viewing suitable assets.
