We have a number of people interested in joining a 1/6th syndicate for a late model and outback capable Landcruiser and Caravan setup.

 

To be based near the Brisbane Airport to allow for trips North, South and West (alternative transfer locations can be arranged between owners). 

 

Up to 70 days use per annum. 30 day blocks primary selection, and the remainder can be selected any time after the primary round.

Deer Valley Estate is a 170 Acre Native Block near Hokitika. The property is simply stunning, with views for miles.

 

Deer Valley includes a comfortable of grid 2-Bed cabin and the syndication includes 120k of kitty to alter an additional outbuilding into a 6-8 bunk hut and purchase 2 quad bikes. The block holds red deer, goats and wild sheep and backs on to thousands of acres of DOC Stewardship land.

Each owner is entitled to 34 days of use per annum.

MANAGEMENT

As shareholders of a syndication, you can choose to engage AssetShare to manage part or all of your activity. This can be as little as bookings system management, to full walk on walk off programs.
